We have got two weeks until the show and realistically we need to invite people asap. Can the graphics people make sure they have the invitation design ready and PR get together a guest list, so show production can send or deliver invites by the end of this week? Thanks!

ReplyDeleteWith regards to the invitations, I think it would be best if we sit down and draw up a list collectively of who we would like to invite and then divide the remaining places between groups. This will hopefully create more of an incentive for attendance if there are 4 different groups showing and also prevent popular individuals from being bombarded.
I would assume that most (if not all of you) will be meeting at some point tomorrow.
Perhaps we could meet in the small room opposite FDSP a 1.

So maybe we need to attend at 1pm tomorrow in order to have some input in who is invited to show and how its all going to work ?
